The court has rejected Bad Black aka Shanita Namuyimbwa’s request to delay her trial on grounds that she is seven months pregnant.
The fallen socialite is accused of embezzling sh11b from Daveshan Development Limited. Her lawyer Caleb Alaka,had asked court to halt the trial to enable Badblack give birth,saying she has not been feeling well.Bad Black last year told Journalists that she was pregnant with David Green Halgh’s child.
However Justine Catherine Bamugemereire of anti corruption court declined saying she still looks fit to carry on during the trial however incase of any complications court would consider her request.
