The Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago who was live at NBS Morning Breeze today 23rd January 2012 has said that Kampala City Council is facing dictatorship and not power struggle.
The Executive Director of KCCA Jennifah Musisi and the Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago have been for several months having a power struggle as both feel one is above the other,however as Jennifah says she is doing every thing within the corridors of authority,Lukwago says her acts are illegal.
Following Lukwago’s previous comment,”Iwill make Kampala unmanageable for President Museveni”.Lukwago says that he admits that the new act places Mr.Museveni above him but the president does not acknowledge him as the Lord Mayor.
