“There must be a very clear policy on the acquisition of guns”, the human rights activist, Livingstone Sewanyana said while speaking to Njala Simon and Nyiramugisha Doreen in the NBS TV Morning Breeze today 25th January 2012 following the demolition shootings in Luzira.
Sewanyana adds that he appreciates the fact that General Kale Kayihura came to apologise to the people however there is still more to be done by Kayihura. He should ensure the strengthening of the policy of gun acquisition because monitoring compensation is not enough.There will be more on this story later today.
