With support from the government of Belgium through the Belgian Development Agency ( BTC ), the Climate change Unit ( CCU ) of the Ugandan Ministry of Water and Environment has begun the implementation of Capacity building project to strengthen Uganda’s ability to benefit from the clean Development Mechanism (CDM ).
The Euro two million project will be over a period of four years starting from 10th October 2011.
