Kadaga Should Be Investigated – Makerere University Don

A Makerere law don professor Joe Oloka Onyango wants the speaker of parliament Rebecca Kadaga investigated over her decision to host the 9th inter parliamentary union of IGAD member states to her Century hotel in kamuli district.
Prof. Onyango who describes the decision as ridiculous says leaders should walk the talk.
But kadaga has over time justified her decision saying it was a way of promoting the tourism potential of some remote parts of the country
