Only third placed teams from the top twelve placed CAF member associations and the winner of the domestic cup are eligible while only domestic cup winners from the other member associations participate in the competition.

The two sides are set to meet this Saturday at the Nelson Mandela national stadium, Namboole, in the other of the two continental engagements by Uganda Clubs.
